List your unused week directly to renters. No commission, no booking fee, no middleman touching your money. You set the price, you keep every dollar*.
Takes ~5-10 minutes. Listing stays live for 9 months or until rented.
Most timeshare rental sites end up costing 13-25% of your rental price. We don't take any of it.
One $21.99 fee covers your listing for 9 months. We never touch your rental money — renters pay you directly.
Renters reach you by email or phone. You answer their questions, set the terms, pick who you rent to. No platform sitting between you and the customer.
Renters unlock owner contacts, which means your inbox doesn't fill with tire-kickers and scammers.

$21.99 flat per 9 month listing. That's it. No commission, no booking fee, no per-night charge, no service fee taken from your rental price. If you rent your week for $3,000, you can keep the whole $3,000.* You pay your normal annual maintenance fee — the same as if you used the week yourself.
RedWeek charges membership, a per-listing fee and if successful a commission from your rental. In certain cases, RedWeek collects local taxes. We're a flat $21.99 / 9 months, period. We don't handle the money — renters contact you directly by email or phone, the same way a Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace listing works. Less involvement, much lower cost.
Renters see your listing with photos, dates, price, and resort details. To unlock your contact info (email and optional phone), they must sign in — and are limited to a small number of reveals per day to prevent scraping or spam. You then handle the conversation and booking directly with them.
Yes. We don't touch the rental money. Most transactions utilize PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, check by mail or ACH transfer. We recommend a written rental agreement (we provide a free template) and a deposit upfront. We've incorporated a 90 day (maximum) third party escrow service for the rental balance beyond the deposit.
Renters must sign in before they can see your contact info, and reveal requests are rate-limited per day to keep scrapers and bulk-spammers out. We mark an owner's listing 'Verified' once we confirm an authentic reservation. You always have the final say on who you rent to — you can decline anyone for any reason. We never share your contact info publicly.
Your $21.99 covers a 9 month listing. You can update dates, drop the price, or delete the listing anytime. If your week passes without renting, the listing simply expires — there's nothing to cancel and no claw-back fees.
Yes — $21.99 per 9 months per listing. If you have several deeded weeks across resorts, each one is a separate listing.
Any deeded week, points-based stay you've booked, or floating week you've reserved. Marriott, Hilton Grand Vacations, Hyatt, Wyndham, Westin, Disney Vacation Club, Diamond, independents — all welcome.
*If you and the renter use Trustap escrow for the balance, 1% of the rental price is deducted from your payout (Trustap's fee). Direct payment between you and the renter incurs no Vacay Direct fee.
